We are looking forward to another successful summer session.
The summer session is provided for students so that they may have an opportunity to gain credit to pass to the next grade, fill in academic gaps they might have, and to provide eligibility for the fall extracurricular activities at PMHMS or PHS.
Transportation:
Parents are responsible for student transportation. Student supervision is available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. for morning drop-off and until 12:30 p.m. for student pick-up; Thursday supervision is 7:30 a.m. for drop-off and 11:30 a.m. for student pick-up.
Behavior Expectations:
Students attending the summer session are held to a higher degree of accountability, with no exceptions. Acceptable classroom behavior is required at all times; the atmosphere of the summer classes is one of consideration, attentiveness, and self-responsibility. Students choosing to cause classroom distractions will be warned once with a parent contact made by the Director; the second incident will result in the student being dropped from the program without refund of fees.
Class Assignments:
All daily class assignments and homework assignments are completed and turned in on time—late work is NOT acceptable at any time during the summer session. Students will receive one warning with parent contact when an assignment is not completed; the second incident will result in the student being dropped from the program without refund of fees.
