Prescott High School is a comprehensive four-year high school serving the tri-city area of Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley, in Yavapai County, Arizona. The combined population is approximately 83,000, based on 2005 projections.

Prescott High School has earned the distinguished label of "Excelling School" from the Arizona Department of Education for the last two years.

 

 

ADVANCED CURRICULUM
Prescott High School offers seven advanced placement courses in the following areas: English, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, World History, Government, and Studio Art. These courses are designated with an "AP" as part of the course name.

During the 2005-2006 schoolyear, 92 students sat for 131 advanced placement exams; 62% received a score of 3 or better.
