This course is an awareness activity to the current health topics of today. Units are on health and healthy attitudes, general human anatomy, physiology, seminar on diseases, mental health and coping with stress, drug education, nutrition, human reproduction and development, life span, physical fitness, personal health habits, first aid and safety, environmental health consumer awareness and product safety, and health careers.
Life Science Fundamentals 1-2 Independent Study - #2715, 2716
This is a computer based non-lab class. It provides fundamentals of the living world, including introduction to biology, energy and chemistry of life, cell structure and specialization, genetics and evolution, ecology, viruses to plants, and the animal kingdom.
