Advanced P.E. / Weight Training - Girls-#0459
Classification: Grades 10-12
Credit: .5 credit, semester, may be repeated
Students earn elective credit
Prerequisites: Teacher recommendation and completion of P.E. 1-2
Fee: $3.00 per semester (for lock and towel)
$5.00 per semester for a week of "wall climbing"
The activities may include aerobics, archery, badminton, basketball, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, volleyball, and weight lifting. Areas of emphasis will be: safety, proper warm-up, and lifting. Physical fitness is an integral part of this class.
