| This full-year course is designed to reinforce and refine the skills in Drama 1-2. Particular emphasis is placed upon the development of the performance ensemble. Students will investigate, in detail, production aspects of make-up, costume, stage craft, body movement (including dance), voice and diction, and line interpretation in preparation for performance of a selection of the following: melodrama, children's theater, reader's theater, variety shows, musical theater, and film. Monologues, scenes, one act, and fully-staged productions may be performed on and off campus. Some after school or weekend hours required. | |
