| This is a very difficult honors course and should be taken only by students that are highly motivated to learn about all aspects of flying using a standard Jeppesen ground school curriculum. Students will complete in one year the entire Federal Aviation Administration Ground School course taught by Colonel Denny Peeples, an FAA Certified Flight Instructor. Students will be authorized by the instructor to take the FAA Ground School test, if they desire, in pursuit of an FAA pilot's license. Students will go on curriculum-in-action field trips and are required to wear AFJROTC uniforms on Thursdays. | |
