HUMBOLDT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND
PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
YAVAPAI UNITED EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST BOARD
Members of the Governing Board will attend either in person or by telephone conference call.
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Humboldt
Unified School District, the Prescott Unified School District and to the general public that the
Yavapai United Employee Benefit Trust Board will hold a meeting, which is open to the
public, on Tuesday, July 31, 2007, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at Murphy’s Restaurant, located at
201 North Cortez Street, Prescott, Arizona.
